Important: The unpacking video is mandatory for processing your request. Requests without the required video evidence will not be considered.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

  • The unpacking video should clearly show the condition of the package at the time of opening.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject a return/refund based on the submitted information.
